Concurrent Session – 1A: Mindful Presence

Presenting the Mindful Presence Model as a process for developing compassionate self-care as the basis for being fully present for those we interact with daily. We must first "empty our own bowls", so that we can then move "outward" and care deeply for others. This will be a "minds-on" session with embedded practices.
