The loss of lives - residents and staff - due to COVID challenges us all. Dr. Miles shares her work with CMS on the development of a Tool Kit that shares the voices of NH staff in Georgia who cope with their own grief and the emotions of those they care for. In addition to presenting strategies, we will facilitate sharing among attendees.
