The speakers share the recently released toolkit on HIV and Aging. This toolkit is one of a collection of educational resources created by the Minnesota Northstar GWEP, to teach Age-Friendly care. This toolkit contains resources for teaching future and current clinicians about human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and care for older adults. It contains introductory material intended to help clinicians provide the highest quality care for older adults with HIV. This toolkit contains a LearnerModule and a compendium of Teaching and Learning Resources. The information and resources sharedmay be useful across disciplines - dentistry, nursing, nursing home administration, pharmacy, and social work.
