Often the first things that come to mind when thinking about problems with sleep are trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. However, sleep disorders also include issues such as sleeping too much, falling asleep at the wrong times, or behaving abnormally while asleep. Any of these can have an impact on an individual’s health, sense of well-being and quality of life.
